About This Butter
Made with 70% British salted butter and 30% XO sauce — a complex blend of rapeseed oil, shallots, garlic, ginger, dried scallop (crustaceans), ham, red chilli, dried shrimp (crustaceans), crushed chillies, gluten-free soy sauce (soya), light soft brown sugar, fish sauce (fish) and vegetable stock.
A little goes a long way. Finish grilled meats, seafood or vegetables with a slice just before serving, or melt through noodles and fried rice for an instant burst of rich umami flavour. Adds depth, heat and complexity to any dish — ideal for pan finishing, basting or sauces.
